ok i dont think i am doing this right, i have tried a million different ways to post, so hopefully this works, anyways... i am 5 ft 3 inches, 21 yrs old, 121 lbs. so i was wondering if anyone has ever tried virgin coconut oil, or know anyone who has, i hear its supposed to help u lose weight, but i am scared to try it cuz it has 14g of fat (EEEEEEK!)
also i have like no energy when i go to the gym, what is something i can eat just before that will help with that? any suggestions?
